Canadian Universities: Bachelor’s and Undergraduate Degrees

A Bachelor’s or Undergraduate Degree is the first level of university schooling after you complete your secondary education (high school). Generally lasting three to four years if taken full-time, your Bachelor is where you get to specialize or major in a specific area and obtain a degree. Ranging from the sciences, business, arts, education and more, Canadian universities offer international students almost any program that suits their needs.

Although practical components exist in most programs, they do not make up the bulk of the coursework like collegiate programs often do. Instead, they focus on theoretical applications that give you a strong foundation in your chosen field. If you are looking for a more career-oriented approach to learning that will focus on a specific job after graduation, college programs may be right for you.
